Chapter 19 Summary

The List and Creating Your Day

This chapter discusses the next two disciplines in the school, The List and Creating Your Day. I begin this chapter with these thoughts,

In my normal, everyday, human life, I have understood from Ramtha that I have lived unconscious of the manifestations of my mind into my daily life and my reality. I have had thoughts, ideas, and emotions connected to other thoughts and ideas, that when I contemplated, worried about, and focused upon, even unconsciously, created a reality for which I did not feel responsible. This is only because I was not conscious that in thinking, embracing and focusing on these thoughts in my mind, reality would be created. Before there was ever a physical manifestation in my life, there was first the thought that was brought into my mind and consciously or unconsciously embraced. The embracing of this thought and the amount of energy involved in that embrace determines how quickly and how completely that thought is manifested into my life.

It is my understanding that one of the purposes of these disciplines is to teach the students that in every moment they are creating reality. Each of us consciously or unconsciously has always been the creator of our life and these disciplines were created to give each of us our power back.

This chapter gives examples of my learning of and my experiences with these disciplines.
